Note:  All relay teams members will receive custom t-shirts, goodie bags, post race meal and all other amenities.

A $15 late fee will apply to any entry not received on or before Friday, August 7th at 9 PM EST

* If you are competing as a team please deduct $10 from the team entry fee for each team member that is a USAT annual member.   For example, if your team consists of 3 people and two of you are USAT annual members your total entry fee would be $120.
