Wednesday  6:15 AM Boot Camp  class will be discontinued and replaced with a SPIN class as of Wed, Nov . 26th

NEW    Swim Lesson schedule is out for next session.   Session starts Dec 3rd and will run for 3 consecutive weeks.   Red Cross levels 1-5 w/ Jake Jacobs.   We will be starting a 6 week session of lesson on January 7th.  Level Aqua Tot through level 5 are open for registration.  To register or for more information please call 388-6888.

NEW   Zumba class on Thursdays at 9 AM w/ Lindsey beginning on Nov 6th. 

NEW   Last Saturday morning kickbox class to be held on 10/25.   Look for a new boot camp class in that time slot beginning in January.

NEW      The 2009 Tour de VT Sun will be begin on January 12th through January 30th.   The event will be held 6 nights per week from 5:30 - 6:15 PM.  Call or stop by Vermont Sun to reserve your bike (a total donation of $500 is required to reserve a bike for the entire 3 weeks).   At this point all bike are committed but please contact us if you are interested in participating as we may be able to team you up with someone who already reserved a bike.  We are hoping to top our 2008 "Tour de Vermont Sun" by raising over $19,000 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.  100% of all monies donated to the tour will go to the foundation.  The Tour de Vermont Sun has raised over $54,000 for the foundation over the past 4 years.

NEW      Private Swim Lessons -  Available with Jake Jacobs (352-6000) or Emily Bridges (462-3047) by the hour or 1/2 hours.  Various times and days are available.

NEW     Tai Chi with Christopher Kiely is now a free class to Fitness members.  The class takes place on Monday evenings from 7:00-8:30pm.

NEW    Our new Les Mills Body Pump program is in full swing with 5 classes on our regular monthly schedule.   Classes are Monday at 9 am, Wednesday at 5:30 pm, Thursday at 6:10 am, Thursday at 12:10 pm, Saturdays at 9:15 am.  What is Body Pump you ask?  Please go to www.lesmills.com and click on Body Pump for complete description and other information.

Check your progress with a Fitness Assessment!  These quick tests will evaluate your cardiovascular efficiency, muscular strength, body composition and flexibility.  Schedule your appointment at the front desk.

Don't forget about our Member Referral Program.  If you bring  in a friend (make sure to fill out a member referral form before they join) and they join you will receive your choice of a sweatshirt, 1 month of tanning, racquet set, 6 months of hot tub use, or a cool Vt Sun polo shirt.

FREE Beginner Racquetball Introductions.  Learn how to play the game with a personal one on one lesson.  Schedule your appointment at the front desk.

Youth Strength Training program provides individual introduction to strength training while under the supervision of a certified trainer.  The trainer monitors progress and provides constant support for your 12-15 year old.
