BODY PUMP: The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat Body Pump is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody. Its perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training to their aerobic workout. The simplicity of this class makes it great for everyone!

ZUMBA: A high energy and motivating class that combines latin music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to have fun while enjoying aerobic/fitness interval training through a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

BODY FLEX: A complete muscular endurance workout done in a group class setting utilizing a straight bar and plates for added resistance, dumbbells, resistaballs and exertubes. A variety of strength training exercises are used targeting every major muscle group.

SPINNING: For beginning to advanced levels of fitness, spinning is performed on a stationary bicycle, which looks and feels very much like a road bike. The instructor encourages each participant to work at his or her own pace and incorporates visualization techniques along with motivating music.

SPIN/STRENGTH/STRETCH (SSS): Spin for 30 minutes, strength train for 20 minutes and stretch for 10 minutes. Guaranteed to keep your heart pumping throughout the entire class. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is a total body workout.

PILATES: Pilates uses the abdomen, lower back and buttocks as a power center, enabling the rest of the body to move freely, thus emphasizing body alignment while incorporating correct breathing. Through a series of controlled exercises performed with great concentration, all muscle groups are lengthened, which leaves you feeling invigorated and “lifted”.

YOGA: A physical and spiritual class dedicated to improving strength and flexibility and reducing stress, while utilizing a variety of yoga styles.

KICKBOX:
This class uses a variety of boxing moves such as kicking, and punching in combination with cardiovascular movements for a complete strengthening and cardiovascular workout. Punching mitts, wraps and gloves are available.

CARDIO/STRENGTH: A weekly variety of cardio workouts including; spin, step, hi-lo impact aerobics and kickbox AND strength training using barbells, dumbbells, x-ertubing and body weight.

SENIOR FITNESS: Warm up in the multi-purpose room then begin a variety of exercises incorporating floor aerobics, weights (or Body Masters equipment) flexibility and balance. Finish with a long relaxing stretch. This class is appropriate for the “mature” population or those just beginning an exercise program.

AQUA AEROBICS & ARTHRITIS AQUA: A fabulous non-impact class in our body soothing 84 degree Olympic pool! A great class for all fitness levels and those recovering from injuries. The arthritis aqua class is similar to the aqua aerobic but adheres to the guidelines of the American Arthritis Foundation.

STEP: A high energy class using an adjustable height step and a variety of moves. A great choice for people of all abilities. This is a traditional, basic STEP class.

CIRCUIT: Strength and endurance workout with a variety of strength training tools. Be ready to sweat.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION FOR ANY FITNESS PROGRAMS: Individualized instruction is always available for the participant who needs assistance learning basic moves on the step, floor or spin bikes. Please ask at the front desk and an appointment will be made for you.

BEGINNER CLASSES: All Classes are open to beginners. Please arrive early and inform the front desk personnel.
